These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of GiftsMedia and to orders placed through the GiftsMedia store. Please read them together with our Shipping & Delivery, Returns, Refunds & Cancellations and Privacy Policy pages.

Seller information

If mandatory law requires additional trader, registration, tax or licensing information, that information must also be provided where applicable.

Using the website

You may use GiftsMedia for lawful personal shopping, research and gifting purposes. You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, scrape restricted areas, introduce malicious code or use content in a way that infringes applicable rights.

Prices, currency and taxes

Product prices and the checkout currency are shown before you place an order. Delivery charges, taxes, duties or other amounts collected by GiftsMedia are displayed where applicable before payment. International orders can also attract destination-country customs or import charges that are not collected by GiftsMedia.

Payments

Available payment methods are shown at checkout. PayPal is currently an available payment option for eligible orders. Payment authorisation does not by itself require GiftsMedia to accept an order where there is a stock, pricing, fraud, delivery or technical issue.

Order acceptance

After you place an order, you may receive an acknowledgement or payment confirmation. An order can be declined, cancelled or refunded where payment fails, fraud checks cannot be completed, stock is unavailable, a variation cannot be fulfilled, delivery is unavailable to the destination, a legal restriction applies, or an obvious pricing or technical error has occurred. Where an order cannot be accepted after payment, the amount paid for the affected item or order will be refunded as appropriate.

Product information and variations

We aim to describe products accurately, including relevant dimensions, materials, colours, variations and gifting information. Screen settings and photography can affect colour appearance. Measurements may include reasonable manufacturing tolerances. Select the correct variation before completing checkout.

Third-party fulfilment and split shipments

GiftsMedia may use specialist third-party fulfilment, warehousing and logistics providers to prepare and deliver orders. Products in the same order may be dispatched separately and arrive in more than one parcel. Unless checkout clearly states otherwise, your retail purchase is made from GiftsMedia and customer support is handled through GiftsMedia.

Delivery

Product-specific delivery information takes priority over general estimates. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated as guaranteed. Delays can result from inventory availability, customs, local carrier conditions, destination restrictions, weather, peak demand or circumstances outside reasonable control. Mandatory consumer remedies for late or failed delivery remain unaffected.

Cancellations, returns and refunds

Our Returns, Refunds & Cancellations page explains the operational process and forms part of these terms. GiftsMedia does not offer an additional voluntary change-of-mind programme beyond mandatory rights. If statutory withdrawal rights apply to you, including the 14-day right available for many EU and EEA distance purchases, those rights remain available subject to their legal exceptions.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods

If a product is faulty, damaged, materially misdescribed, incorrect or incomplete, contact hello@giftsmedia.com. Any request to report visible issues promptly is intended to help us investigate and does not remove mandatory legal rights.

Promotions and discount codes

Promotions can have specific eligibility, timing, product or minimum-spend conditions. Unless stated otherwise, discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash, may not be combinable and can be withdrawn where they were issued or used in error, subject to applicable law.

AI Gift Idea Generator

AI-generated gift ideas are automated suggestions based on the information submitted. They can be incomplete, unsuitable or inaccurate and are not a guarantee that a recipient will like a suggestion. Do not enter sensitive personal, financial or confidential information into the generator.

Editorial content

Gift Guides, product-selection commentary and other editorial material are provided for general information and gifting guidance. They are not professional legal, medical, financial or other regulated advice, and a recommendation does not guarantee suitability for every person or circumstance.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the GiftsMedia name, site design, original written content, graphics and other original website materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view and use the site for personal purposes but may not reproduce or commercially exploit protected material without permission or another lawful basis.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, GiftsMedia is not responsible for indirect losses that were not reasonably foreseeable at the time of contract or for losses caused solely by events outside reasonable control. This section does not limit rights relating to defective goods, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.

Mandatory consumer protections

If consumer law in your country gives you rights that are stronger than or additional to these terms, those mandatory rights take priority. Nothing in these terms is intended to waive them.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms for future use of the website and future orders. The terms in effect when an order is placed will normally govern that order, subject to any mandatory legal requirements.
